I've tried it, and it does suppress your appetite.
However, there are two problems.
(1) You don't feel thirsty, so you tend to not drink enough water.
(2) Although you don't feel hungry, most overweight people eat out of HABIT, and Hoodia does nothing to curb your impulse to eat out of boredom or stress.
No, it does not work as they say! At the best you get a period of 3 weeks when it works and then the body becomes used to the hoodia and the benefits stop.
