alli by itself can make you poop your pants. i can't imagine what it will do in combination with all those other pills. we should love our bodies and be nice to them.

I think that is actually going to mess up your system worse than it will help. You don't need everything like that. If you loose too much weight too quickly your body may actually react in the way you don't want it to. It will start eating away at muscle instead of the fat, so you'll lose the inches, but your body will not be hard. Take your time with it, pick one weight loss supplement and maybe a multivitamin because your probably not getting all you need. Time is what you need, that way you can keep it off, and remember its not always about the weight, its about the inches and the BMI (Body Mass Index). Good luck, and be careful.
