hoodia wont' do anything more for you than apple cidar vinegar will at the grocery store for 1.99. a spoonful of that nasty stuff curbs your appetite just as well. also most hoodia appetite suppressant pills don't even have enough hoodia in them to be effective, mostly a scam.
