i tired to stop eating for i atleast two days DUMB IDEA i was starving and ofcoures i ate an popcicle, a few pinuts and some potato chips OF COUSRE i was trying to lose weight but with the rong food anyways i almost starved myself and lost 2 pounds but then i ate and gained it back on cuz i was starving and you need somthing to fill the starvation up BUT ANYWASY I FINALLY GOT MY LAZY BUT UP AND EXCERCISED AND GOT A FLAT STOMACH

Low carb things like fruit and veggies.
Mostly fruit because it has a juicy fruity tatse and tastes really good. It's a good snack.
