#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia…look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Hey I did quite a lot of research for your question on Hoodia Patch. And for most part i have got not so good reports on it, because still there is so worthy proof telling us that hoodia patch actually works. Till now no scientific study has been done to show its effectiveness.

However Hoodia Gordonii pills are definitely worth trying, especially one that has the molecule p57. I love all things herbal…no side effects….but a "patch"…? Ya can't be that lazy not to pop the pills to get the effect you desire…Nope…Trying to suck something into your body thru your SKIN is a waaaaaay too lazy way to lose weight. Good luck to you!

I tried hoodia and all it ever did was make me hungrier. Before you eat, drink a couple of eight ounce glasses of water. You will not feel so hungry. Also, when you feel the hunger pangs and it is not lunch or dinner time, eat an apple. Always chew your food until it is liquified in your mouth before you swallow. Take your time when eating and you will not need a hoodia patch or the pills.
