for me.

Hi,
I have heard that desertburn and hoodoba are among the best brands but havent tried them personally.

I think they should be containing the same parts of the plant .

As for me, personally I like the liquid better because it worked for me. Pill was like so so.

I am using the hoodithin liquid and I am happy with it.

You should NOT take any drugs etc.to lose weight,you may be causing more harm than good.If you have a family Doctor,have a parent make an appointment so that you can recieve the proper guidence,You may have a preexisting medical problem that is unknown to you,and you need to address your concerns with a health care professional.In the mean time drink water,cut out soda ,eat plenty fresh fruits and vegetables,eat lean cuts of meats ,avoid fried foods and fatty foods where possible ,and walk.Good luck

Gatorade hydrates for real. Nothing else I've used does it, if you REALLY want protein, mix some whey, egg, or casein protein powder in. But really, you can just take 20 grams each of whey and casein and whey protein before, and 60 grams of whey and fast-digesting carbs after. Protein during workout isn't necessary.
