I just bought a cheap Hoodia diet pill. (from walmart for $13.) I know how the cheap ones usually only have extracts from the plant. Well, I was just wondering if these will work, like at all? Because I am not really overweight, I'd just like to lose a few pounds I don't need. I have hardly any time to work out, but I'll run up the stairs for a few minutes a day and do some crunches....so I was just wondering if this pill might work for me. I'm sure it wouldn't work for someone obese, but since I just need to lose a few pounds, will it help? Or is it just one of those things that doesn't work at all?

I think crunches are more effective than sit-ups. Maybe you just have to do different kinds, and not too fast. It is usually more effective the slower you go. Here is a link with some different kinds of crunches
