Hoodia????

im thinking of starting on hoodia. i wanna shed a few pounds and diet and exercise is working a bit, but not enough. would hoodia pills be better than water pills?? any help on hoodia and/or water pills would be greatly appreciated. and also what brands r the best? i went to the store today and found a ton!! of different pills. how do i pick?? thanks!

well if you drink a lot of water i would say water pills cause that will shed the extra water weight off. My mom takes water pills and they work for her..she’s tried a hoodia pill but the one she tried didn’t really work she likes the water pills more. I say get water pills and try them first since you only want to get rid of a few pounds. i would go more for hoodia pills if water doesn’t work for you.
u know drinking diet pills for me is not that good u know the best way to lose ur pounds is to regular exercise and dont eat sweet too much and also dont eat rice too much at night and why dont u try the after 6 diet? before 6 u need to eat ur dinner already then after 6 dont eat rice instead crakers and dont drink too much cold beverages. then is u want to lose ur belly try to not breath 8 seconds while shaking ur waist its very effective….
It depends on how many milligrams of hoodia are in the pills you bought. Most people say you need between 1500 to 3000 milligrams per day to reduce your appetite.
Look for a hoodia brand that is 750 to 1000 mg. per pill and depending on how your body reacts take one or two pills about one hour before your meals. FYI, they usually don't put enough Hoodia in these big chain store brands like GNC to do much of anything. You will have the best chance of hoodia suppressing your appetite if you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine.
