The masks are NOT effective to stop you from getting the flu. The CDC has posted that info. The mask is to stop the sick from sneezing or coughing the germs onto others. Is it 100% effective? NO. You need to take all the normal precautions as you would with any flu or even strep throat. Do not let face masks lull you into false security.

Hydroxycut seemed to work for my wife as an appetite suppresant. However, this medication should not be take if you have high blood pressure or heart troubles. This drug has caffeine in it and can increase your blood pressure and heart rate, and it may cause insomnia if taken late at night. I would definitely contact your doctor before beginning this medication.

The Predator franchise of science fiction/horror/action films is coming back into the zeitgeist, this time without the Aliens. The trailer hit the web today; watch it to find out if the franchise is worth revisiting. The new film is called Predators (evoking Aliens, the sequel to Alien) and the premise seems to be that several of humanity’s most effective killers are stranded on a jungle planet where they’re hunted for sport by a whole legion of predators. The film stars Adrien Brody, Lawrence Fishburne and Topher Grace, and it’s directed by Vacancy and Armored director Nimród Antal. Sin City’s Robert Rodriguez is one of the three credited screenwriters. Adrian Brody is a surprise choice for leading man, seeing as how the first Predator film starred Arnold Schwarzenegger; let’s just say no one would picture Brody playing Conan the Barbarian.
