There may be better ways of making one, but this ultimately works the same way.

First of all create your watermark as a normal image and then save it. Then open the image you want to apply your watermark too. Then in the window with the image you are applying the watermark to go to Filters and then choose Bitmap. A new window will appear. There is a drop down box at the top of the window make certain it is selected to the image of whatever you wish your to be.

This is basically the spot where you play around with the settings creating to create your watermark. You can see in the preview window what it will look like. You may decide that you wish your watermark to be larger to fit your image you wish to protect. If so then simply cancel out and increase the size of the watermark image. Save it. Then repeat the above steps. When you are satisfied click OK. Presto! If you don't like it you can then undo it and start over again.

I have been on a budget for some time. We have 5 people in our family and since I am a stay at home mom I really try and stick to a budget. I budget $2 for breakfasts per person $2 for lunch and $5 for dinner. This also includes snacks and drinks ( non alcoholic). So for the two of you it'd be $18 dollars per day for groceries (not including household expenses like paper towels and cleaners). Round up to $20 per day and your monthly budget for food is $600. You can hit that budget no problem, especially if you buy eggs on sale and bread on sale. Also if you are running short at the end of the month meat and cheese become less common and rice and pasta more common. Main thing is make meals less heavy on animal products and emphasize plant products. At the end of the month if you have left over cash, splurge on pizza or a nice dinner during midweek specials.

Plus I never buy cereal for more that $2 per box, easy to do at Target, Rite-aid or Osco. Never buy anything unless it is onsale. I live ina small town with only 2 grocery stores and 2 drug stores so I have to shop carefully. But I don't use coupons so I am not crazy about saving money.
