Why do you want to change it? It sounds like she has a great routine going.
I assume you don't want her waking at 4 AM? She's probably going through a growth spurt requiring her to eat more frequently, especially if it's close to the same time each night. It should pass in a couple of weeks, at the most, and she'll go back to "normal". Other possibilities are teething and if she's learning something new(crawling, sitting up, pulling up, rolling over) this may make her sleep patterns out of whack.

At first, his bed time was around 10. Then after a few months he wanted to go to bed earlier.
If I have to give him a bath I usually do it before we eat dinner. Then he comes down and we play, my husband and I eat. Play more with him and I start to nurse him around 8:15… He falls asleep by 8:30 8:40. In crib by 9.
But that started when he was about 2 months old. He is only 4 months now but it is a really nice routine!
He doesn't wake up until 5:30!!! He loves his sleep at night!

Note to self, tomorrow for breakfast make cinnamon French toast with crushed pecans and lots of warm maple syrup, sausage, orange juice, coffee and a fruit cup. Set alarm for 5:30 am.

Ne avevo già parlato. L’articolo -in sé – non dice cose sbagliate, ma ovvie. E cioè che se il gioco/ambiente coinvolgente non sono costruiti nel modo giusto, non funzionano. Non può però essere una bocciatura tout-court del gioco come strumento per comunicare
