Not all Hoodia supplements are 100% natural and effective. I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural health hoodia and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

Last I heard on the subject, the type of Hoodia they're advertising isn't the same as the type that has some _small_ _limited_ success in a _few_ studies. I'd leave alone the informercial drugs, eh?

None that I know of however if you want to loose weight, you need to see a registered dietitian and a personal trainer. Diet and exercise is the best way to loose weight and not risk your health.
