Given the average daily diet is around 2200 calories, this was a remarkable success! Another clinical study performed in 18 overweight but healthy males provided statistical evidence that the Hoodia Gordonii extract reduced the average daily calorie intake and reduced body-fat over the 2 week clinical trial period. In addition to eliminating hunger and suppressing the appetite Hoodia also seems to boost energy levels and counteract depression, some folks even report aphrodisiac-like qualities. No, it doesn't. Don't waste your money. Believe me…there is nothing out there in the stores that will help you lose weight. Even the prescription diet pills do hardly anything. Why do you think there are so many obese people in the world? If these things worked, everyone would be losing weight.
Hot hoodia Plus is really great, i am taking this and it really made me lose weight.
If they are like most other diet pills you take them 30 min. before you eat so that you feel fuller and don't eat as much. I doubt they would work as a "meal replacement" try a protein shake if you want to do that.

you could try mixing in other food. like the wet kind that you buy in a can or bag. do not just start giving them treats though because they will think if they dont eat there food the will automatically get a treat.
