What Do You Know About The Diet Pill Hoodia?

I bought some Hoodia over the counter on Monday and I've been taking it for the past couple of days. I haven't felt as hungry, but that may be the psychological impact of just knowing I'm taking a diet pill. I just wondered if anyone has any comments or personal experiences with Hoodia? I know diet pills aren't great for you, but has anyone heard if Hoodia is relatively safe? I'm not going to die from taking this, am I?

Hi I live in South Africa where the plant Hoodia comes from. i also bought hoodia i bought the liquid extract for 70$ and i dont think it was worth it i was still hungry as i took it for about a week the feeling of hunger subsided but not that much my friend took the pills with greentea also in it and she lost weight but she wasnt hungry and didnt eat that much as at and drank lot of water
its pretty effective in controlling appetite but dont know abt the side effects

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies.
