Another acrylic tip? Just press in and scrape back… then use a little acetone on a paint brush to get rid of the excess.
A blend of loose chamomille (flowers and leaves) and peppermint (leaves) will work. Boil one half tablespoon of each in about a cup and half of water for 6-8 minutes. You can buy both herbs very cheaply at http://www.mountainroseherbs.com
My 12 year old son has difficulty sleeping occasssionally due to medication he has to take and this blend works every time and has no contraindictions. Since there is no "tea" in the blend, there is no caffeine. (Tea is a type of plant, this blend is technically an "herbal decoction").
Valerian (the root) can be harmful in large quantities, but is perfectly safe to add in small quantities if you are drinking only one cup a day.
Pi Loh Chun Chinese Green Tea …. just the right spot…. hahaha
What episode and Series is this?. Maggie looks funny in a hat.
Green tea and oolong are the two that help you lose weight. You can get any of the two at any supermarket. Ralphs, Albertson's, Staterbros should all carry them.
thanks for the video!)
I love the video by the way
If you can't find an answer do not give it to him! Most herbal product should not be given to people under the age of 12 and women who are pregnant. If he has a cold, give him over the counter medicine, however if he has had it for a few days and does not seem to be getting any better, then it is time to take him to the doctors.
O yeah! Def. good, it's packed w/ herbs!

if you like oolong you might like to try chinese herbal teas such as chrysanthemum which is calming. sometimes it is sold in sachets already dissolved in a lot of sugar. this is lovely but it depends if you like sweet things or not. the unsweetened variety tastes very different so maybe try both?
as a tea lover you probably know that tea has healing benefits in it's own right ?? but if you want to cut back on caffeine maybe you could try green or white teas? you can also buy tea flowers which are beautiful. these are generally made of green or white teas combined with real flowers such as chrysanthemum. just watching these unfurl is so relaxing that you won't be stressed for long.
