if you like oolong you might like to try chinese herbal teas such as chrysanthemum which is calming. sometimes it is sold in sachets already dissolved in a lot of sugar. this is lovely but it depends if you like sweet things or not. the unsweetened variety tastes very different so maybe try both?

as a tea lover you probably know that tea has healing benefits in it's own right ?? but if you want to cut back on caffeine maybe you could try green or white teas? you can also buy tea flowers which are beautiful. these are generally made of green or white teas combined with real flowers such as chrysanthemum. just watching these unfurl is so relaxing that you won't be stressed for long.

If you can't find an answer do not give it to him! Most herbal product should not be given to people under the age of 12 and women who are pregnant. If he has a cold, give him over the counter medicine, however if he has had it for a few days and does not seem to be getting any better, then it is time to take him to the doctors.
